A report from May 22 claims that Trump’s campaign declared it would accept cryptocurrency donations through Coinbase Commerce. In opposition to Senator Elizabeth Warren and President Biden’s anti-crypto positions, Trump has also announced the party’s choice to assemble a crypto team. Both Trump and Biden have made their positions on cryptocurrencies clear ahead of the 2024 presidential election. Trump made fun of Biden when he expressed his skepticism about the cryptocurrency industry, saying, “He has no idea, but…very much against it.”
